Glappy Inc ("Glappy," "we," "us") operates this AI Implementation Assessment at assess.glappy.com. This notice explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information you provide

Assessment answers about your role, organization, geography, objectives, technology environment, readiness, and the problem you most want AI to help solve. Contact details you submit at the end: name, work email, organization, and optionally WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

We store a session cookie so you can resume the assessment, and we may record first-touch campaign details such as UTMs or a referring URL. We do this to understand which conversations came from which campaigns, not to sell advertising profiles.

How we use it

• To produce a directional read from the answers you provided.
• To prepare Glappy consultants for a follow-up conversation when the fit is real.
• To contact you at the address you gave, if you asked us to continue.
• To operate, secure, and improve this product.

How the read is produced

The current assessment summarizes what you wrote. It does not invent ROI or guaranteed outcomes. If we later use a model provider such as OpenAI to deepen that analysis, we will do so on Glappy's instruction. Human review remains part of any implementation conversation.

Where data lives

Production records are stored on infrastructure hosted in the United States. If you access this product from Africa, Europe, or elsewhere, you understand that information is processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection standards than your location.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it with the processors that host the product and send transactional email, and where the law requires. Assessment responses are never exposed to other organizations.

Retention and your rights

We keep assessment records for as long as needed to support the conversation and any resulting engagement, and as required for legal or security purposes. Subject to applicable law — including Nigeria NDPA, Kenya DPA, South Africa POPIA, and GDPR where they apply — you may request access, correction, or deletion. Email info@glappy.com.

Glappy is an OpenAI Select Partner. That is a company credential. It does not mean OpenAI endorses any individual recommendation produced by this assessment.
